CHEMOTRANSDUCTION IN RENAL PRIMARY CILIA

	To facilitate electrical recording, renal epithelial cells are cultured on small beads.   The arrows point to live cilia visualized with a fluorescent membrane dye.
	After fixation the cilia are easily seen (arrows) when stained with an antibody to a ciliary protein.
